Fresh back from the High Point Furniture Show, I have some new ideas to share. I’m really feelin these hot new fall colors too!
I guess I was on to something when I began buying transitional and contemporary furniture three years ago. All the old men finally caught on this market. My transitional vendor is adding a lot of new lines but are bordering the run of the mill Pottery Barn designs. Right now nothing is hotter in my stores than my EQ3 line of furniture. It ships out of Winnipeg. We are still getting a lot of orders for parchment microsuede and white leather, but you will start seeing shades of purple and lime green in most of the contemporary stores. Wenge and the espresso tones continue to be hot. They started as a trend and now make up for most of my sales.
